Complete at least 20 confirmed hours played on Open Heart Gaming servers and one evaluation operation while demonstrating communication, maturity, teamwork, sound judgment, and knowledge of the game.

EARN
Serve the billet
Direct advancement normally caps at Staff Sergeant or Second Lieutenant. Any accelerated appointment is probationary for 30 days and can be adjusted if the billet is not a good fit.
NO FREE RANKS
Higher direct appointments are rare and require an open billet, exceptional prior experience, and unanimous High Command approval. All stated hour minimums are time played on Open Heart Gaming servers. Those hours establish eligibility. They never guarantee advancement.
